About the Role:
n
As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, in-home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. Your care and support will foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes overall well-being.
n
You will:
n
n
Provide person-centred care tailored to each client's goals and preferences
n
Assist with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
n
Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
n
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
n
Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
n
Work closely with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care
n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
n
n
What You'll Bring:

reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.

You must have:
n
n
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
n
Experience working in home care or aged care
n
A caring, respectful, and client-focused approach
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
n
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a National Police Check
n
n
