Lead Group Recruitment are looking for a project manager for a well established fit out and refurbishment contractor with a strong secured pipeline is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the reins on their commercial projects paying a salary package of $160K - $200K

About the role
n
You'll own project delivery from start to completion driving the programme, managing the numbers, and leading the site and delivery team to hand over work you're proud of.
n

Take full ownership of project delivery, programme, and budget
n
Lead the site team, Contract Administrator, and coordinators
n
Manage client relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout
n
Oversee procurement, subcontractor packages, and cost control
n
Drive quality, WHS, and programme milestones across the project
n




Report to the Construction Manager on progress, risk, and financials
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven PM experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
n
Strong commercial and programme management skills
n
A natural leader who brings the site and office together
n
Confident managing clients and consultants directly
n
Solid across the key software MS Project, Procore, Aconex or similar
n
A trade or Construction Management background is well regarded
n
