Due to project wins, we are actually seeking 2x experienced Project Managers - Ideally you will have tier 1 or tier 2 experience with project valued north of $60m HVAC / Mechanical value.

This clients and head contractors working on this project are some of the best in the business so a great way to build up your network and connections as well as working on this iconic project.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead the delivery of the HVAC package for a cutting-edge data centre / commercial construction project.
n
Manage all HVAC works including design, installation, and commissioning.
n
Coordinate with key stakeholders, contractors, and the wider project team to ensure timely delivery.
n
Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation.
n
Manage budget, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n




5+ years of experience in electrical project management in construction.
n
Proven track record delivering electrical works on health care or large commercial projects.
n
Strong understanding of HVAC systems
n
Ideally have delivered projects between above $15m HVAC Value - Desired, not essential
n
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
Ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
n
