This is a great opportunity for someone from an IT Support, Service Desk or technical coordination background who wants to step into a broader role across service delivery and technical operations.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Service & Systems Manager, you'll be at the centre of the operation, coordinating between clients, technicians, engineers, suppliers and Managed Service Providers.
n
n
Manage Service Desk tickets from logging through to resolution.
n
Provide Level 1 technical support and elevate complex issues.
n
Coordinate technicians, suppliers and external service providers.
n




Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance.
n
Maintain service records, procedures and documentation.
n
Ensure tickets are progressed within agreed SLA requirements.
n
Support out-of-hours service coordination when required.
n
Work with Operations and Engineering to improve service delivery.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
IT Support, Service Desk, service coordination or similar experience.
n
Strong troubleshooting, organisation and communication skills.
n
Experience with ticketing/service management systems — Jira preferred.
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
n
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
n
Someone who wants to build a career beyond traditional IT support.
n
