Casual Outdoor Educators – WA

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual Outdoor Educators to join our team in Western Australia for an exciting program period.

Remuneration
$450 - $550 Per day (Including Allowances), depending on experience for casual staff

About the Role

As an Outdoor Educator, you will deliver engaging, high-quality outdoor learning programs that support student development through experiential education. You’ll play a key role in ensuring secure, inclusive, and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate outdoor education activities and programs
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
Assist with program preparation, logistics, and pack-down




Work collaboratively within a supportive team setting
Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures and compliance requirements

About You
Experience in outdoor education or a related field
Relevant qualifications (Outdoor Leadership, Education, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current Wilderness First Aid certification (minimum)
Relevant activity-based certifications (desirable)
Valid Working With Children Check (WA)
