Beaumont People is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Assistant to support a large and well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in Sydney's Inner West.

This is an excellent chance for someone with e-commerce or online retail experience who enjoys a diverse role and is happy to be involved in both the digital and operational sides of the business.

The Role
Working as part of a team-oriented team, you'll support the full online sales process, ensuring products are accurately uploaded and listed onto Shopify.

Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing and dispatching clothing orders
Photographing products for online sale
Creating and uploading product listings to Shopify
Managing product descriptions, pricing and inventory information
Maintaining accurate stock records
Supporting day-to-day e-commerce and warehouse operations
Assisting with general administration and order fulfilment tasks as required

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail or online merchandising
Shopify experience or exposure to similar e-commerce platforms
Experience with order fulfilment, warehousing or inventory management
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills




Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
Immediate availability or the ability to commence next week
