The OpportunityIf you're an experienced IT / Transformation recruiter and you've ever wondered what it's actually like to work inside an RPO environment, without completely waving goodbye to the agency world — this could be an compelling one.

We are working exclusively on an opportunity with one of Australia's most talked-about Tech & Transformation brands of the past decade, supporting a globally recognised and highly innovative healthcare organisation.
n
You'll be fully embedded onsite for an initial 6-month project, working as part of their recruitment function and taking ownership of a genuine volume of IT & Transformation hiring.

And importantly, this isn't one of those RPO projects where you're waiting around for requisitions to drop. There are 30+ roles already in the pipeline, so you'll be busy from day one.

One thing to be upfront about...
n




The initial project is 6 months.
n
We don't know yet whether the RPO will be extended beyond that, or whether additional RPO opportunities will be secured in the meantime.
n
So, this is best suited to someone who is comfortable with the possibility that, once the project finishes, they could transition back into a Senior Delivery role on the agency side.

Who is it likely to suit?
n

An experienced Tech and / or Transformation agency recruiter -maybe you're interested in RPO but don't want to completely close the door on agency.
n
Someone who knows how to headhunt - you can't rely just on a placing an advert up for this role.
n
Strong end-to-end recruitment skills - able to manage a role from intake through to offer and onboarding
n
Excellent stakeholder management -comfortable building relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
n
Commercial awareness – understands the client's business, hiring pressures and the impact of recruitment decisions
n
Adaptability – able to move between an agency mindset and an internal/client-side way of working
n
n
In many ways, that's part of the appeal.
n
You get to test-drive the RPO world without necessarily making a permanent move away from agency recruitment.
