Remuneration & Advantages

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
n
Minimal Travel: Clinic-focused work with reimbursement for any community travel

Caseload: Work with both NDIS and private clients across the lifespan, starting with a ***** split of paediatrics to adults while you build confidence and capability. Clinical areas include:n
n
Paediatric Caseload: Early Intervention, ASD, AAC, Language, Literacy & Fluency
n
Adult Caseload; (Complex Clients) Speech disorders (articulation, phonology, dyspraxia, dysarthria), Voice, Language and communication impairments and rehabilitation for acquired/neurological conditions
n

New Graduate Supportive:n
n
Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (30+ years' experience)
n
Gradual increase of Caseload from when you start
n




Workshadowing opportunties in your first few weeks
n
No expectation to see complex clients initially, you will recieve lots of support before you take on any of these clients
n
Structured onboarding and induction program
n
Daily access to Senior clinicians, admin support and a 24/7 training platform
n
$1,000 Professional Development allowance + PD leave

Clinic & Community Split:n

90% clinic-based services in a well-equipped and inspiring setting

10% community-based services with travel reimbursed at $0.98/km

Caseload tailored to your clinical interests (pending availability)

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
SPA membership
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Drivers license and own vehicle
