Key responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, manage workflows, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
n
Hands-on execution and oversight of retaining wall construction
n
Hands-on execution and oversight of decking and fencing
n
Hands-on execution and oversight of concreting, tiling, and paving
n
Hands-on execution and oversight of pool builds and other high-end outdoor features
n
Foster a positive, professional, and productive team workplace on-site
n
Maintain strict attention to detail and uphold company safety and presentation standards
n

About you

Extensive hands-on experience in high-end structural landscaping and external construction
n
Strong problem-solving abilities, self-initiative, and a can-do, positive attitude
n
Valid driver's license
n
Reliable transport
n
Current White Card
n
Ownership of basic everyday trade tools
n
Competitive pay $45 - $55/hr, negotiated based on your level of experience
n
