You will be responsible for managing commercial sales and leasing opportunities, building client relationships and driving current business.

Conducting inspections and appraisals

Negotiating transactions and managing campaigns through to completion

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

Previous experience in commercial property sales and/or leasing
n
A proven track record in the commercial property sector
n
Robust communication and negotiation skills
n
Excellent client relationship and business development capabilities
n
A proactive, professional and results-driven approach
n
Strong knowledge of the local commercial property market
n
n
Prior experience in a commercial sales and leasing role is essential.
