ProQuest Recruitment is seeking experienced Storepersons to join a well-established distribution centre in Pinkenba. You'll be working with a leading Australian supplier of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, distributing a wide range of products including toilets, basins, tapware and other essential building products to customers across Australia.
n
This is an ongoing Casual opportunity for experienced warehouse workers who are confident with order picking, RF scanning and electric pallet jacks (EPJs). A current LF Forklift Licence with High Reach experience is highly desirable, but not essential.

Your Day-to-Day
n

Picking and packing customer orders
n
Operating electric pallet jacks (EPJs)
n
RF scanning and stock movements
n
Receiving, putaway and replenishment
n
Loading and unloading stock
n
Handling bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products
n
General warehouse and storeperson duties
n
Manual handling as required
n
Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
High Reach forklift operation for suitably licensed and experienced candidates
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is essential
n
Experience operating EPJs
n
Confident using RF scanners
n
Previous picking, packing and general warehouse experience
n
Current LF Forklift Licence with High Reach experience is highly desirable
n
Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
n
Physically capable of warehouse and manual handling duties
n
Reliable transport and excellent attendance
n
Available Monday to Friday and for overtime as required
n
Ability to commit to ongoing full-time work
n
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing
n
n
Please Note All successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing before commencing. This role requires ongoing full-time availability, with overtime available depending on operational requirements.
