About Your New Role
n
Become part of a team who are committed to assisting a range of various diagnosis and presentations. Grow your career within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team and assist clients in improving their overall mental health and well-being.

Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
n
Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
n
Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
n
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
n
Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans
n

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
n
n
Current Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework at Core or above.
n
12 months experience minimum
n
Valid Australian driver's licence.
n
n
Current Or Willing To Obtain
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check
n
