Job Description
Reporting to a senior technology leader, you will take ownership of the delivery and coordination of a large-scale ERP implementation and associated business transformation activities.

It is a 3 year fixed term contract role offering $160,000 package.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing leadership across a complex, cross-functional ERP transformation program
n
Managing the ERP implementation using recognised project management methodologies and best practice
n
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, governance, risk, change control and reporting frameworks
n
Facilitating business process re-engineering and ensuring new processes are documented, tested and embedded
n
Leading technical and business subject matter experts within a matrix environment
n
Overseeing software implementation, integrations, quality assurance and testing activities
n
n




To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
Extensive project management experience within a large, complex corporate or government environment
n
Demonstrated experience leading a large-scale software replacement or ERP implementation
n
Solid experience evaluating and implementing complex Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
n
Proven vendor and contract management capability, including the ability to hold delivery partners accountable
n
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of technical and business professionals
n
Strong business process improvement and transformation capability
n
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
