The Role
n
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be alongside a well-established accounts receivable team and play an integral role in overseeing the billing process ensuring a seamless experience for our clients nationally.
n
Responsibilities will include:
n
n
Ensure that service level agreements are exceeded and invoicing is being processed in accordance with business requirements.
n
Process and record customer payments.
n
Collaborate with finance, sales & other business units to deliver an excellent client experience.
n
Deliver regular reporting to the business on the performance of the business unit.
n
Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiencies on performance.
n
Ensure the integrity of data and systems.
n
n




The successful candidate will possess the following;
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, where you have lead from the front.
n
Experience in transport and/or supply chain logistics environment preferred but not essential.
n
Proven capability in high-volume or job-based invoicing environments.
n
Able to multitask and prioritise duties.
n
Strong problem solving skills, with high numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail and ability to interpret job data.
n
Experience in building relationships across different levels of the organisation including robust interpersonal skills.
n
Intermediate excel skills, ERP systems experience and proficient with the Microsoft suite.
n
Possess a continuous improvement mindset.
n
n
