Contract

Provide L3 support for the current DNS platform.
n
Work closely with customer SMEs to build domain knowledge and support ongoing operations.
n
Mentor and uplift the capabilities of the L1/L2 support teams through knowledge transfer, documentation, runbooks, and operational coaching.
n
Support the DNS environment within a shared-responsibility operating model.
n
F5 DNS expertise would be a strong advantage, as the customer is also introducing F5 DNS capabilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong DNS administration and troubleshooting experience.
n
Expertise in Open-Source DNS platforms (e.g., BIND, Unbound, PowerDNS).
n
Experience in DNS architecture, operations, and service continuity.
n
Knowledge of F5 DNS/GTM (preferred).
n
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or telecom environments.
n
Robust documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder management skills.
