We are seeking experienced Bartenders and Front of House All-Rounders who thrive in a fast-paced, premium environment. Whether it's a 30-minute city lunch or an unhurried evening of cocktails, you will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience. This casual position offers varied shifts across lunches, evenings, and weekends, perfect for those who enjoy the rhythm of Melbourne's vibrant dining scene.

Requirements

Premium Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.

Mixology Skills:



Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails with the ability to execute them quickly and accurately.

Professionalism: A guest-first mindset and a commitment to high service standards.
n
Compliance: A current VIC RSA Certificate is essential.
n
Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and busy lunch services.
