Build and grow our Queensland Service business
n
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineering Manager to lead and grow our water and wastewater service portfolio across Queensland.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role combining engineering, operations, customer relationships and business growth.
n
Consider this as a start- up opportunity, we have prospects and existing clients who require our services. You will take ownership of the service lifecycle
n
following project delivery, ensuring assets perform reliably while developing new service opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Build and grow the Queensland Service portfolio.
n
Lead engineers, technicians, operators and contractors.
n
Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater treatment assets.
n
Drive asset performance, reliability and customer outcomes.
n
Identify and develop service, maintenance and aftermarket opportunities.
n
Work closely with Engineering,



Operations and Business Development to deliver growth.
n
Develop strong, long‐term customer relationships.
n

About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
n
Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment.
n
Proven technical or service leadership experience.
n
Strong understanding of asset reliability, maintenance and lifecycle performance.
n
Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and grow a service business.
n
Robust customer, communication and leadership skills.
n
Able to travel remotely, and travel interstate as required
n
Hands‐on, entrepreneurial and results driven.
n
