About The Role

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Welcome people onboard the aircraft and see them off at the other end
n
Give clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensure everyone adheres to them
n
Offer brilliant service to all guests, including those with special needs and unaccompanied minors
n
Work as part of a team, meeting new people everyday and seeing new places
n
Handle things outside of your control, such as weather, delays and emergencies, while remaining calm and confident under pressure
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
At least 18 years of age
n




Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
At least 3 years of previous employment (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on caring for people/customers
n
A passport with at least 18 months left on it
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
n
Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
n
Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
n
Comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel on board
n
Ability to reach up to a height of 180cm
n
