Refinery Group's The Saint in Melbourne is opening a current venue and seeks a Venue Manager to lead the pre-opening journey, recruit and develop the team, and establish a guest-centered operating culture from day one.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive daily venue performance, oversee budgeting, rostering, safety, and compliance, and partner with the Head Chef to refine service and menus for high-volume operations.
