About the Role

I'm currently recruiting an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a reputable builder-developer, overseeing on a high-rise apartment project in North Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage day-to-day residential project delivery alongside the Site Manager.
n
Coordinate planning, quality control and site productivity.
n
Enforce site safety requirements and procedures.
n
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman delivering high-rise apartment or mixed-use developments valued between $20M–$40M
n
Carpentry trade background
n
QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor) is a must
n
Proficient with construction management and compliance software
n
n
