This growing global organisation is seeking a strong data research analyst. A great small team environment.

Reporting directly to senior management, primary focus is to provide general research and evaluating business case options, including building evidence-based recommendations, and supporting decisions with clear financial and operational analysis. In practice, reviewing costs, benefits, risks, assumptions, and operational impacts rather than just producing raw research.

Key duties including qualitative and quantitative research, business case reviews, data analysis, preparation of reports, process improvements (including AI), and support stakeholder discussions by explaining findings clearly and defending conclusions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential to allow the establishment of effective working relationships, both within and outside the organisation (including auditor, banks, etc).

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications with highly numerate, logical and analytical mindset. You will have the ability to think strategically and take a long term approach whilst acting on a hands on day-to-day basis. Excellent computer literacy is also required (advanced excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and solid appetite for AI.
