Introduction:
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for a recognised NFP Organisation based in the CBD. This a short term contract for 6 weeks with a possible extension. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

You will report to the Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities:
Entering invoices in the system
Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
Assisting clients with accounts payable related queries
Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
3+ years in the AP domain
Technology One experience is preferred
Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
Having a proactive and steady approach
