About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Landscape Yard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a friendly smile.
Providing outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Reception and general office administration.
Weighbridge operations.
Processing sales, invoices, and customer orders.
Coordinating deliveries and assisting with transport bookings.
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the team wherever needed.

Knowledge of Landscape Supplies and Trucks is an advantage but not essential - we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and personality.
