Elements of Byron Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our Conference & Events kitchen and lead our banqueting team. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain exceptional food standards in a high-volume luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years at Junior Sous Chef level, banqueting experience, and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with solid leadership, time management, and knowledge of food safety.
