About the role
n
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance. This is a leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Lead, motivate and support the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
n
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organised and fully stocked
n
Manage staff rosters, attendance and daily task allocation
n
Recruit, train and develop team members
n
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
n
Ensure shelves are re-stocked and merchandise is presented to a high standard
n
Manage inventory, stock ordering, stock rotation (FIFO),



and stocktake processes
n
Minimise stock loss through effective inventory control
n
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and resolve issues professionally
n
Monitor store sales and identify opportunities to improve performance
n
Manage 1 on 1's with staff
n
About you
n
1–3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
n
Confidence using POS systems and basic computer software
n
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
n
