We arecurrently seeking an experienced Registered Nurseto provide clinical support to the team at BethanieDalyellup Aged Care Home.

This roleis available on a casual basis.

AboutYou
n
n
Currently registeredwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
n
Current CPR(HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtainone)
n
Relevant clinicalexperience in an aged care setting is an advantage, but isnot essential
n
Ability to workindependently and professionally
n
Ability to motivatestaff and promote a positive work environment
n
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills and ability toconfidently use clinical information systems
n
Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup
n
Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid and annualflu)
n
Current NDIS WorkerScreening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
n

TheRole
n
n
Takeimmediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safeand effective manner, while providing direction to EnrolledNurses and Care Workers
n
Complete assessmentand / or admission requirements
n
Maintain an effectivereferral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / orallied health staff
n
Ensurethat clinical records reflect care, in line with allaccreditation standards and legislativerequirements
n
Provide mentoring andtraining to employees where required
n
