THE OPPORTUNITY
n
In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and growing your own portfolio within the government and public-sector market.
n
You'll work across a range of roles, clients and levels, partnering with hiring managers to understand not just what they need, but why they need it.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with government and public-sector hiring managers
n
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes - Temp, Contract and Permanent
n
Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
n
Sourcing and engaging high-quality active and passive candidates
n




Becoming a trusted market adviser within your specialist area
n
Developing talent pools and market intelligence
n
Managing candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment process
n
Representing Kingston Human Capital in the market and building your personal profile
n
Contributing to the continued growth and development of our Government & Public Sector team
n
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll ideally bring:

A proven track record in agency recruitment
n
Robust business development and relationship-management capability
n
Excellent communication and influencing skills
n
The ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders
n
A consultative approach rather than a transactional recruitment mindset
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
A genuine interest in the government and public-sector market
n
n
Previous Government recruitment experience is highly desirable, especially across

Accounting & Finance

Marketing & Communications
n
Human Resources, L&D;, WHS & Recruitment

Procurement & Supply Chain

Policy & Strategy
