Motorama is looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department at Nathan. If you have dealership experience, strong communication skills and a good understanding of vehicle parts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
n
Interpret and supply genuine and aftermarket parts and accessories.
n
Work closely with Sales and Workshop teams to meet customer and operational requirements.
n
Manage special orders, ensuring parts are paid for, received and actioned promptly.
n
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
n




Assist with stock management and keep parts operations running efficiently.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded.
n
Automotive dealership experience preferred.
n
Experience with TUNE, Pentana or ERA DBS is an advantage.
n
Forklift licence is highly regarded.
n
Good technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
n
Strong communication and questioning skills with a qualified phone manner.
n
n
n
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
n
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
n
Current open manual driver's licence.
n
