About the Opportunity
n
We'relooking for an enthusiasticCustomer Service Advisorto join our team atFulcrum Suspensions Capalaba.
n
In this role,you'll:
n
Deliver outstanding customer service across the front counter, phone, and email.
n
Assistcustomers with product enquiries, quotations, bookings, and service recommendations.
n
Coordinate workshop bookings and keep customers informed throughout their service experience.
n
Work closely with the Store Managerand Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
n
Support sales byidentifyingcustomer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
n
Help create a welcoming, professional workplace for every customer who visits our store.
n
About You
n
You could be a perfect fit if you:
n




Havepreviousexperience in an automotive business, mechanical workshop, dealership, parts business, tyre store, 4x4 business, service centre, or a similar customer-facing environment.
n
Have experience in front counter customer service, service advising, retail sales, parts interpreting, or administration.
n
Are confident managing customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and workshop schedules.
n
Have a good understanding of automotive terminology, job cards, invoices, and workshop processes.
n
Are comfortable using point-of-sale, booking, CRM, or workshop management systems.
n
Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
