About the Role
n
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team of approximately 5-7, drive commercial performance and create an energetic environment on the shop floor.
n
This is not a back-office leadership role. You'll be visible, hands-on and actively selling alongside your team.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Driving sales and the store's key KPIs
n
Coaching the team around service, conversion and commercial performance
n
Leading from the front during busy trade
n
Building confidence and capability within the team
n
Creating genuine customer connections across a diverse demographic
n
Supporting daily store operations, standards and stock
n
Stepping up and taking ownership when the Store Manager is away
n
n




You'll also be supported with a structured onboarding program and 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins, giving you the tools and support to build confidence quickly.

Previous retail leadership experience will be highly regarded, however we're also open to candidates coming from hospitality or other fast-paced service environments who can demonstrate solid leadership, customer engagement and commercial drive.
