The Opportunity
n
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take on a central role in the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across our Microsoft consulting practice.
n
This role will suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, can confidently manage multiple projects and priorities, and takes satisfaction in keeping people, actions and commitments moving. You'll create visibility across projects, resources, timelines, budgets and risks, helping ensure work stays on track and potential issues are identified early.

You'll play an important role in strengthening how we plan, forecast and manage delivery as Sharing Minds continues to grow.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Coordinating multiple concurrent Microsoft consulting and development projects from mobilisation through to closure
n
Managing project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery forecasts, identifying potential delays or overruns early
n
Working closely with clients, consultants, technical leads and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum, remove blockers and keep actions and decisions progressing
n
Maintaining clear project documentation and reporting, including status reports, actions, decisions, RAID register in Teamwork.com, delivery notes and project records
n
Coordinating and facilitating regular project review and delivery planning sessions, ensuring actions have transparent owners and due dates
n




Supporting the handover of approved proposals into delivery by confirming scope, estimates, assumptions, dependencies, resource requirements and target dates before work commences
n
Monitoring Teamwork.com timesheets for timely and accurate completion, reconcile actual effort against project budgets and forecasts, and follow up on variances promptly
n
Identifying and implementing improvements to project delivery processes, templates, reporting and governance to improve consistency and efficiency
n
Maintaining Teamwork.com as the primary source of truth for project schedules, resource planning, timesheets, delivery visibility, and support
n
You Will Bring
n
3+ years of project coordination, project management or delivery experience in a Microsoft or professional services environment
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
The ability to work comfortably across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
n
Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, technical leads and senior management
n
Hands-on experience with project and resource management systems. Experience with projects, timesheets, workload/resource scheduling and reporting is preferred.
