Leader Earthworks are currently seeking a experienced final trim excavator operators for multiple projects on the east coast,
n
our projects run 5 - 6 days a week averaging 10 hour days,
n
we have casual or fulltime options for the right applicants,
n
work vehicle with fuel card for the right applicant
n
About the role:
n
We seek exceptional operators with proven history of operating plant to a high standard on construction sites to join our team.
n
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to operate the relevant plant on the project as instructed, ensuring to deliver high quality work to the project.
n
This will be a full time position and long term work for the right person.
n
To be successful you must have:
n
n
Current unrestricted driver's license
n
WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)
n
Relevant RII tickets (must be less than 5 years )
n
Experience with GPS machine control. (Earthworks)
n
Minimum of 5 years experience in civil constructionpreferred
n




Experience on Tier 1 highway infrastructure preferred
n
Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work and work well under pressure
n
Must have effective communications skills to be able to relate well with supervisors and managers
n
