Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to secure an immediate start with a well-established organisation. Initially offered as a temporary assignment, there is genuine scope for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

This position is ideal for a highly organised administrator who enjoys managing multiple tenders, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered on time.

About The Role
n
As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering function by managing bid administration, ensuring compliance requirements are met and coordinating the preparation of professional submissions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and maintain the tender register.
n
Review tender documentation and submission requirements.
n
Complete compliance reviews and compliance checklists.
n
Prepare, format and compile high-quality tender submissions.
n
Coordinate bid timelines and track key milestones and deadlines.
n
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather supporting information and documentation.
n
Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant and professionally presented.
n
Maintain tender records and support continuous improvement initiatives across the bid function.

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Tender Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator or similar.
n
An understanding of tendering processes and bid administration.
n
Strong administration skills.
n
Excellent document preparation, formatting and proofreading skills.
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
Confident working with Microsoft Work, Excel and SharePoint.
n
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure or related sector will be highly regarded.
n
Availability to commence immediately or at short notice.
n
