MindChamps is seeking a Centre Director for its Melton centre. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and build solid relationships with families, while ensuring high-quality education and care in line with regulatory standards.

You will oversee occupancy growth and maintain the centre's reputation in the community, with emphasis on reflective practice and continuous improvement. WWCC and First Aid/CPR with Anaphylaxis/Asthma certs are required.
