We're partnering with a large and complex organisation seeking an experienced Senior Financial Insights Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

The Opportunity

Reporting into a senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality financial and operational insights that support business performance, resource optimisation, and strategic initiatives.

You'll be the person who can take complex information, identify the story behind the numbers, and present clear recommendations that support better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver complex financial and business analysis to support strategic projects and initiatives.
n
Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
n
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
n
Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

Translate technical findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
n
Support business planning and decision-making through robust financial insights.
n
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, governance, and reporting integrity.

About You
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial analysis, business insights, commercial finance, or similar role.
n
Advanced Power BI capability and solid analytical skills.
n
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
The ability to communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
n
A proactive mindset and a genuine curiosity for solving business problems.
