Casual Security Officer - Kwinana Sites & Pinjar
n
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Casual Security Officers to join our team across our Kwinana and Pinjar sites in Western Australia.
n
About the Role
n
As a Casual Security Officer, you will play an key role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' facilities, assets, and personnel. This position offers a variety of duties in a dynamic industrial environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct access control and visitor management duties
n
Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms
n
Perform regular patrols and inspections of site facilities
n
Complete electronic reporting and incident documentation
n
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors
n
Ensure compliance with site procedures, client requirements, and MSS Security standards
n
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first-response support when required
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
n
n
Current WA Security Officer Licence
n
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent customer service skills
n
Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
n
Intermediate computer skills and experience using reporting systems
n
Full working rights
