We are seeking a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead a well-established small not-for-profit childcare centre in Pymble.

The Role
n
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring high standards of education, care, compliance, and team engagement.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of educators
n
Ensuring compliance with NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements
n
Driving a positive centre culture focused on quality and continuous improvement
n




Building strong relationships with families, children, and the community
n
Managing day-to-day operations including staffing, occupancy, and budgeting
n
Overseeing curriculum planning and pedagogical leadership
n
n
About You
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
n
Proven experience as a Centre Director or strong Assistant Director ready to step up
n
In-depth knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements
n
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
Passion for delivering high-quality early learning in a community setting
n
Current Working With Children Check
