We are an established Sydney home improvement and maintenance business looking for an experienced roof plumber, gutter installer or roof maintenance professional to step into a supervisory and management role.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical roofing and guttering experience who wants to use that knowledge without spending every day physically working on roofs.
n
The Role
n
Based from Silverwater, you will coordinate and oversee roof and gutter maintenance work across Sydney.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Inspecting roof and gutter problems and determining practical solutions
n
Quoting and assessing maintenance work
n
Scheduling and coordinating jobs
n
Supervising installers, tradespeople and subcontractors
n
Checking workmanship and completed jobs
n
Liaising with customers from initial inspection through to completion
n
Troubleshooting roofing, guttering and water-entry issues
n
Organising materials and trades
n
Providing practical technical guidance to installers
n
Occasional hands-on work where required
n
n




The position combines your trade knowledge with job management, problem solving and customer service.

Who We're Looking For

Roof plumber
n
Gutter installer
n
Roof maintenance technician
n
Roofer
n
Roofing leading hand
n
Roofing or maintenance supervisor

We're particularly interested in someone who has years of practical roofing/guttering experience and is ready for the next stage of their career.
n
Roof plumbing qualifications are highly regarded, but strong practical roof and gutter experience is particularly important.
n
You will need to be:
n
n
Experienced with gutters, downpipes, flashings and roof repairs
n
Practical and confident diagnosing problems
n
Well organised
n
Comfortable supervising tradespeople
n
Good with customers
n
Reliable and professional
n
Able to manage multiple jobs
n
Comfortable using a phone/tablet for photos, scheduling and job administration
n
Holder of a current driver's licence
n
n
