Wizard Glass and Windows – West Gosford NSW

To independently and professionally secure current sales in architectural windows and doors from a brand new showroom. This role liaises directly with architects, builders and clients by providing excellent AWS product knowledge and accurate quoting.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Generate quotations in accordance with company guidelines, adhering to AWS product specification and relevant building standards
n
Generate sales and achieve conversion rates of quotes to sales as per company targets
n
Build a regular client base by growing professional relationships with customers, including builders and architects
n
Prepare plan take-offs and quotations
n
Maintain a register of quotations and ensure that the status of each is updated in VQUOTE
n
Follow up on all quotes, updating the quote register with appropriate details of those won and lost
n
Keep accurate and up to date job files on regular clients
n
Manage the showroom sales and phone inquiries
n
Record all changes to sizes,



configuration and general specification for each job, keeping production informed on a timely basis
n
Ensure deposits and payments for goods sold are received according to company terms and conditions
n

About you
n
n
Professional and courteous manner in representing the organisation's core value of excellence in customer service
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and to meet multiple tasks and deadlines
n
Demonstrated knowledge of the ELEVATE ALUMINIUM and VANTAGE SYSTEMS, and ability to correctly apply them
n
Understands aluminium window and door fabrication processes and procedures
n
Application and interpretation of relevant Industry Standards and Regulations
n
High level of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to third parties
n
Appropriate level of computing skills, including but not limited to VQUOTE, Microsoft Office and ESP.
