About the Role
n
This is a hands on leadership role in a dual retail and hospitality environment.
n
As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations while leading a team across both retail sales and beverage service, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards in all areas.
n
This role offers dual capability development in people leadership, commercial awareness, and hospitality execution.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Manage daily store operations across retail and hospitality functions
n
Lead, train, and support team members in both sales and service
n




Drive sales performance and monitor daily and weekly targets
n
Manage staff rosters and floor coverage across peak periods
n
Oversee stock control for both retail products and beverage ingredients
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
n
Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with the JSY Tea brand
n
Build a skilled, reliable, and mature team culture
n
n
Skills & Experience Required
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience in a retail and/or hospitality management role
n
Comfortable working in a fast paced, dual-operating environment
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Confident in overseeing both service and retail operations
n
Genuine interest in tea, beverage culture, or Asian food & drink traditions
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
n
Must have existing Australian work authorisation rights
n
