About the Role
n
An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Lead Project Manager to join a State Government client delivering large-scale road network infrastructure across Sydney. This role will take ownership of civil project delivery, with a particular focus on safety barrier programs aimed at improving road safety outcomes across the network.

Working within a hybrid model, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex civil projects from design through to construction ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and stakeholder engagement throughout.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage civil projects and contracts across large-scale road network programs, including safety barrier initiatives to improve road safety across Sydney
n
Deliver projects within agreed budget, schedule, quality and scope parameters, with regular progress reporting
n
Prepare tender documentation, scope of work and key deliverables
n
Lead the preparation and review of strategic, concept and detailed designs, cost estimates and project documentation for client approval
n
Implement and maintain strategies, procedures and processes to achieve high standards of WHS, environmental management and quality
n




Lead and oversee the administration and delivery of professional services and construction contracts
n
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure effective consultation across all project phases
n

Sydney | Hybrid working | 6-month contract (strong likelihood of extension)
n $1,100 - $1,300 per day + super | State Government.

About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering (essential)
n
PRINCE2, Six Sigma or Project Management qualification (desirable)
n
At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
n
Proven experience delivering large-scale civil/road infrastructure projects, ideally within a government or public sector
n
Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project documentation
n
