Job Description
As the Senior Pharmacy Assistant you will be responsible for driving high levels of customer service on the shop floor and inspiring the team. You must be energetic, motivated and have a keen eye for detail this role is for you.

The successful applicant will:
n
Provide support and assistance tostaff within the Pharmacy, to ensure outstanding customer service
n
Continuously drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build sales
n
Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organizing and implementing promotional activities to maximize sales
n
Ensure all stock is visually merchandised in a disciplined, customer friendly,



clean and tidy manner according to the Pharmacy's merchandising standards
n
Delegate tasks to team Members to ensure all systems are in place and customer service is at ahigh level
n
Be fully proficient in using the Point of Sale system
n
Receive a high volume of goods into the Pharmacy
n
Mark off and unpack pallets of stock daily
n
Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
n
Experience in Pharmacy or large format retail
n
Experience in Working as a Stock controller preferred
n
Sound understanding of pharmacy operations
