Stealth Tools design, manufacture, distribute and repair all types of equipment for the mining and oil and gas industries. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role in the day-to-day operations in our warehouse.
Your role and/or duties include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain, clean and organise warehouse
· Maintain stock levels and advise management when items are to be reordered
· Fulfill, pack and secure orders for transport
· Advise management and keep records of all items on backorder
· Receive stock, quality check and input items in inventory lists
· Data Entry
· Track outgoing equipment meets the standard our customers have come to expect
· Take part in maintaining general cleanliness of all common areas both inside and outside
· Create and file packing lists
· Book and/or organise transport for outgoing orders
· Assist and oversee refurbishment and major repairs of tools and equipment
· Make deliveries
· Attend suppliers’ workshops to quality check and finalise outgoing orders
· Assist management with implementing procedures/standards specific to your duties
· Maintain and/or improve general workplace safety standards
· Maintain and organise the servicing of warehouse equipment (eg. replacement hoses for oxy/acetylene, forklift servicing etc)
· Delegate work to warehouse personnel appropriately
· Perform annual review of warehouse personnel
