Our head office and flagship manufacturing facility is currently recruiting a Machine Operator.
n
This is a full-time role and involves the following responsibilities:
n
Operating and monitoring machinery, including cold headers and thread rollers.
n
Setting up and adjusting machines for different screw dimensions and specifications.
n
Inspecting products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
n
Performing tool changes and minor maintenance on machinery.
n
Keeping accurate production records and reporting machine performance.
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
n
A strong and punctual work ethic,



attention to detail, communicative and friendly demeanour is required. Previous experience in operating cold headers, thread rollers, or other manufacturing machinery, and a forklift licence, will be highly regarded but are not essential.

Applicants should be aware that this is an industrial manufacturing setting. Exposure to loud noise, vibration, oils/greases, and ambient air temperature are the conditions.
