Field Service Technician - Gates, Docks, and Doors

At Docksafe, we specialise in the installation, service, and repair of loading dock equipment, roller doors, and automated gates across warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial sites.

We're seeking a reliable and skilled Fitter or experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing Brisbane field service team.
n
This is a mobile role where you'll independently service equipment on-site, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults, and keep our clients' operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Diagnose and repair loading dock equipment, automatic gates, and roller doors
n
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment audits
n
Installation & commissioning of new equipment
n
Use our app-based system to log reports and documentation
n
Uphold site safety standards and Docksafe procedures
n




Maintain skilled relationships with clients and stakeholders
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Mechanical aptitude – welding and hydraulic knowledge will be an advantage
n
Electrical qualifications (or low-voltage electrical troubleshooting experience)
n
Ability to work independently and think on your feet
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Willing to travel across SEQ
n
