If you're a natural salesperson who knows how to build trust, connect with buyers and close, thisProject Sales role needs to be on your radar. You'll be joining a large, established residential developer with apartment stock in Parramatta that has been priced to sell. And, importantly, this isn't just about one project. They have a strong Sydney pipeline with stock expected to continue for the next 7–10 years, so there is plenty of opportunity ahead for the right person.

For this prospect you'll work between the CBD office and the Parramatta display suite, managing buyers from first enquiry through to unconditional exchange.

The role:
n
A full Project Sales role. You'll be meeting buyers, understanding what they want, presenting the project, following up and closing.
n

Managing buyer enquiries and appointments
n
Conducting display suite presentations
n
Building rapport and trust with buyers
n
Matching buyers to the right apartment
n
Following up leads
n
Negotiating and closing sales
n
Managing buyers through to unconditional exchange
n
n
About You:
n
You need to be a natural salesperson who is confident talking to people, can build trust quickly and knows how to close without being pushy.
n
Strong sales experience is a must, along with:
n
n
Excellent communication and follow-up
n
Strong relationship-building skills
n
Confidence dealing with buyers face-to-face
n
A real drive to sell and earn commission
n
A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence – non-negotiable
n
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with one Sunday off each month
n
n
