What We're Looking For
n
n
IRATA or SPRAT Level 1, 2 or 3
n
Solid commitment to safety
n
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
n
High attention to detail
n
Excellent reporting and communication skills
n
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
n
Willingness to continue learning and developing new skills
n
Trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential
n
Ongoing commitment to become a quality operator
