An established and growing construction company is looking for an experienced Site Foremanto join its team and take responsibility for the delivery of high-end residential projects across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region.

This is an opportunity for a hand-on construction skilled who understands that quality, communication and attention to detail are critical to successful residential projects.
n
You will have ownership of your projects on site, working closely with clients, consultants, trades and subcontractors to ensure each project is delivered to the highest possible standard.

The Role
n
As Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, from initial site establishment through to practical completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Site operations and project delivery
n
Managing trades, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Planning daily activities and coordination
n
Monitoring programme,



quality and workmanship throughout the project
n
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and project requirements
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman with a genuine passion for delivering quality residential construction. You have:

Proven experience supervising high-end or bespoke residential projects
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction methodology and sequencing
n
A thorough understanding of building practices and construction standards
n
