What you'll do

Meet with clients to understand their lending needs and goals
n
Research and recommend suitable home loan and finance solutions
n
Manage applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
n
Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners
n
Develop and grow your own client base and referral network
n
Deliver an outstanding client experience that generates repeat and referral business
n
Maintain high standards of compliance and responsible lending
n




Proactively build and grow your mortgage broking business
n

What we're looking for

Experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals
n
Commercial drive and an entrepreneurial mindset
n
Self-motivation and a desire to build something of your own
n
Relevant mortgage broking qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
