First Canvas Early Learning Centre in Merrylands is seeking a Service Director to lead a brand-new 104-place service. You will oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive quality, compliance and a positive culture across staff and families.

The role requires an ECEC qualification, current checks/training, and strong knowledge of NQF and Child Protected Standards. You will champion child-led, play-based learning and build pedagogical capability across the team.
